The curse of constantly staying active over time means that new activewear is undoubtedly necessary fairly often. Well, it's not absolutely necessary. But there's something about throwing on fresh workout clothes that gives me motivation to continue working out time after time again. If you've been following my blog for a while, then you know that I love some Target® C9 activewear. With a dedicated drawer in my dresser for just about every color of the Women's Seamless Cami Sports Bra, it's safe to say that we have quite a love affair occurring. It fits effortlessly, allowing my body to feel at ease – whether running along the beach or doing P90X3 in my living room. Another newfound favorite of mine is the Women's Must Have Fashion Yoga Capri, which fits like a glove. Despite my typical inability to find workout pants that harmoniously fit over my hips and allow for movement, these are perfect for any activity, and I've pretty much been living in them. With Fall/Winter in full swing, a lightweight hoodie is consistently appropriate as well. If I'm working out outdoors and it cools down, it's the perfect piece to throw on.

Healthy Habits: Food Swaps - Eat This, Not That with StyleMeFIT

In collaboration with StyleMeFIT, I have been filming my new video series titled "New Year, New You" which is all about bettering yourself for the new year.  Those who know me know that I am a true believer in sustaining a healthy and balanced life through fitness and ultimately taking care of yourself.  Whether it is through workout out, eating well, staying chic, or inner balance, there is something about keeping a balance in life that keeps me happy and satisfied.

Therefore, the second episode of my series is "Food Swaps: Eat This, Not That" where I chat about my favorite healthy food options for some of those not-so-healthy food or condiment choices that many of us make.  Admit it, you're guilty of it too.
