My Fall Juice Cleanse with OnJuice

If you've been following me on Instagram or any other social network known to mankind, then you know that over the past three days I've been conducting a Fall/Winter juice cleanse to detoxify my body.  Despite the controversy that fashion people don't eat, indeed we do.  Over the course of the past few weeks, my daily coffee intake amongst other desserts (think caramel french macaroons and miniature cupcakes galore) significantly overcame me and my body began speaking to me.  It was telling me, Lynsee, a detox is in order.

Allow me to re-introduce OnJuice.

Bikini Slim Down Results with DeliverLean

For those who don't know, I began a "Bikini Slim Down" with DeliverLean about one month ago and the benchmark is almost up for completion.   This can only mean one thing - it's time to share my results.  Let me preface this by stating that I am only sharing my results to give readers an idea of what to expect from eating clean with DeliverLean's meal plan and living a healthy lifestyle.  Additionally, staying active is added into the mix of a slim down because the pair go hand in hand.

DIET
My meal plan with DeliverLean primarily consisted of pescatarian and vegan options with no gluten.  Cold-pressed OnJuice juices and raw desserts were also added to my plan, which made it even better.




A typical day of my meal plan:
Breakfast - Cultured coconut yogurt parfait with organic granola, mango, blueberries and raw cashews
Lunch - Candy corn salad with corn, grapefruit, mandarin oranges, hearts of palm and vinaigrette
Dinner - Herb mahi scallopine, quinoa cake and lemon dijon kale
Dessert - Gluten-free molten chocolate lava cake

WORKOUT REGIMEN
Each morning, I performed a P90X3 workout (30 minutes) followed by 200 squats and a walk to the park with my little guy.  I also incorporated ab-focused exercises in the evenings, such as Tone It Up.

SLIM DOWN TIPS
1) Drink a glass of water upon waking up to speed up metabolism
2) Drink a detoxifying tea in the evening


RESULTS
Over the span of a month, I slimmed and toned my body while losing 2 inches in my waistline and about 8 pounds.

Lose Weight for the Summer with Style By Lynsee & DeliverLean

As a pescatarian who tends to stray away from gluten and occasionally enjoys vegan dishes, I found it extremely helpful that the healthy food delivery service offers custom meal plans to fit my diet.  I usually cook my meals at home to save my body from any added preservatives; however, DeliverLean provides preservative-free meals prepared by gourmet chefs.  Let's face it, I'm a health freak and if you follow my Instagram then you probably already knew this by now.



When I received my first delivery on Monday, it felt like Christmas.  I stumbled out of bed and opened the front door to find a cooler filled with prepared meals for the next two days, and it was all completely healthy.  DeliverLean provides drop-offs every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The meals are 250 - 400 calories each, containing lean proteins, low-glycemic carbohydrates, high-fiber organic fruits and vegetables and healthy fats.   DeliverLean also brews up raw, cold-pressed OnJuice juices which may be added to a meal plan as well.  Aside from my meal plan, I also track daily consumption on an app called MyFitnessPal which allows you to record everything consumed with nutritional information included.

Desserts may be added to a meal plan, and range from 90 to 300 calories per dish.  Let's just say I almost died after trying the Gluten-Free Chocolate Molten Cake.
