It's been a little while since I posted an episode of my "Fab to Fit" series, but I discovered this hidden little gem as I was going through my video archives. What better time to showcase "How to get Motivated" than right after the New Year? Sometimes we find ourselves getting "stuck" or distracted by other activities that we have going on in our lives that we forget to focus on what's important. Therefore, today's post is all about getting motivated and entering the New Year with a plan!
My Steps to Getting Motivated:
1) Make a Plan
2) Set Goals or a Time Frame
3) Go into it with an Open Mind
4) Stay on Schedule - No Distractions!
5) Create a Mood Board
6) Build a Team or Partnership
7) Reward Yourself
