The anticipated re-opening of Gap in Lincoln Road's open-air mall is officially going to occur on June 20th. Offering an array of options for everything, the new Miami Beach store will expand to an assortment of women's, GapFit, GapMaternity, as well as men's, GapKids, babyGap and GapBody. In other words, it's pretty much going to be the mecca of all Gap stores. The two-level store boasts 19,000 square feet of beautiful glass encompassed space complimented by a locally inspired coral-studded limestone exterior.

Aside from its gorgeous design by Carlos and Jackie Touzet, the new store also has some great swag for customers on grand opening day!  A customizable tote will be given to those who make a purchase of $75 or more, which is printed with imagery from some of Miami's top Instagram socialites. Therefore, customers will be able to add their own personal flair to the tote at store kiosk printing stations between June 20th and June 22nd. All in all, it will be a fun-filled grand opening with goodies and plenty of new Summer fashion pieces to check out so make sure to stop by.

Gap's new location can be found at 1001 Lincoln Road in Miami Beach, Florida and the store hours are 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Saturday as well as 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Sunday.

If you stop by the opening, snap a photo of your tote bag and post on Instagram with the hashtag #HelloLincolnRoad to @StyleByLynsee and @Gap so we can see your chic designs!

Beach Cookout Chic

Summer is in full effect, along with the sweltering sweat-dripping weather.  Today's look is one of my go-to outfits for an outdoor summer BBQ or Sunday Farmer's Market on Lincoln Road.  The simplicity of rocking a bandeau top (A bra in itself?  Yes please) and denim shorts gives this look a comfortably chic appeal that allows me to stay as cool as possible in Miami.

If wearing a bandeau by itself is a little too daring, throw on a sleeveless loose-fitting tank or graphic mesh top to make it a little more wearable.

What I'm Rocking:
Bandeau by Urban Outfitters
Shorts by Urban Outfitters
Chunky heels by Target
Bag by JPK Paris 75

Weekend Recap.

After what seemed to be the hottest weekend in Miami (literally), I managed to survive the scorching weather and spend some time relaxing.  My favorite day during the weekends is Sunday because all of the local Miami-ans migrate to Lincoln Road where the ritualistic farmers market takes place every week.  I love to go there and pick up local fruits and veggies for the week, grab an iced coffee from Starbucks, a sushi lunch at Doraku, and occasionally shop around.

Here's a little photo diary of my weekend:

H&M Miami Grand Opening

Hey guys and girls!  Today I attended the grand opening for H&M Miami, which has been quite the anticipated event for some time considering that the city doesn't have one within miles.  The first 500 guests received scratch off cards with various discounts on each card.  Last night was the exclusive VIP event featuring a performance by Flo-Rida and today DJ Irie (the official DJ for Miami Heat) was on the 1's and 2's on the roof of the store.  The newest trendy (yet affordable) store is located right on Lincoln Road, in the heart of South Beach, where the historic Lincoln Theatre was.  Once inside the store I found an array (to say the least) of chic and affordable items from the Swedish retailer, whose full name is Hennes & Mauritz.

Although it was a mad fest inside the store, it was quite the grand entrance for H&M Miami (red carpet and all).  I snagged some great items with my card which I'll be showing you shortly!  For now, here are some shots of today's event.

Vintage Finds + My Weekend Recap

Happy Monday everyone!  I've been pretty busy these past few weeks working on an upcoming project so I spent most of the weekend with my son.  The weekends are always enjoyable because it's our "family time" and Sundays are my cheat days where I indulge in yummy food.  I had some mommy time on Friday night, spent a lot of time outside on Saturday, purchased some new phone candy, and spent Sunday on Lincoln Road as usual.

The vintage market is back in season on Lincoln Road so I was uber excited.  I love vintage shopping because you can usually find some really good hidden gems, but it requires some searching.  Check out my weekend photo diary below and tell me what you did over the weekend.
