Friday Favorites

It's time for another round of Friday Favorites!  See below for some of my favorite items of the week, whether it be beauty, health, home, or fashion items.  I was not compensated or paid by any of the following brands to review these products.

These Sephora Nail Bling Strips come in multiple different styles.  I don't think they are as great as the Sally Hansen nail strips, but they ultimately have the same effect.

Can you hear the music playing now?
The most delicious macaroons I have ever tasted.  I picked these up at a local farmer's market where different vendors from South Florida sell all of their treats and some days they also sell vintage clothing!  Anyway, these were delish!

Sephora had these available around the holiday season, as they serve as the perfect gift!  Included inside are twelve different perfumes that you can try.  I love it because it allows me to try all of them out and decide which one I truly want to purchase.  What is also great about it is that it comes with an interchangeable fragrance atomizer that you place each sample inside of.
There were various sets, but mine included the following perfume selections: Bvlgari Mon Jasmin Noir, Clinique Happy, Coach Poppy Flower, Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue, DKNY pureDKNY Verbena, Giorgio Armani Acqua di Gioa, Givenchy Very Irresistible L'Intense, Gucci Guilty, Juicy Couture, Marc Jacobs Daisy, Prada Infusion D'Iris and Versace Bright Crystal.  Once the samples are finished, the voucher can be taken into any Sephora and redeemed for a fragrance!
I have a few different kinds of foundations that I use, but I am very pleased with this NARS Sheer Matte foundation in Tahoe.  My skin type is regular/oily, so I typically go for the matte foundations.  It blends easily, keeps my skin looking fresh and leaves no oily residue either.
Here are a few of my favorite books:  Book of Secrets by Deepak Chopra, A New Earth by Eckhart Tolle, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen R. Covey, and Good to Great by Jim Collins.  I read a lot of motivational or inspirational books because I am all for positivity in my life.  I believe that whatever you put out into the world is what comes back to you: the law of attraction!
