Shop my Spring Style with POPSUGAR

popsugar, anna karin karisson, valentino, valentino rockstud, erickson beamon, swarovski, dolce and gabbana, givency, skate shoes, sneakers, spring trends 2014, spring fashion, fashion blogger, top fashion blogger, style by lynsee, lynsee hee kyeong, erdem, popsugar select, popsugar bloggers, floral fashion, white handbag, michael kors, givenchy handbags, alexander mcqueen, miami, new york fashion week, carolina herrera, lanvin, alice and olivia, margiela, moschino, erdem,

A color combination that screams "utter perfection" for the Spring season is pink and ivory, as it is delicate and feminine.  As a featured editor for ShopStyle by PopSugar, I've compiled some of my favorite pieces including everything from my go-to rompers, accessories, handbags, Valentino Rockstud sandals, trendy sneakers, dresses, etc.  Anna-Karin Karisson's gold glitter-speckled cream sunglasses are gorgeous paired with the carved roses on top of the frames.   Another Spring friendly accessory that I'm loving is the Erickson Beamon necklace coated with gold-plated Swarovski crystals.  The floral arrangement of this necklace will set off any basic top!  A few other floral favorites of mine are the Dolce & Gabbana Cotton Silk Brocade coat, Givenchy skate shoes, and Erdem's embroidered silk-organza gown (which is to die for).

For ivory basics, the fresh crocodile-embossed crop by Alexander McQueen is a beauty in addition to Malene Birger's wrap-effect jumpsuit.  Jumpsuits or rompers are my timeless pieces that look chic and effortless.  There's also something about a clean, white handbag like Michael Kors' medium satchel, that polishes off a look.  Givenchy's small antigona grained leather bag isn't bad either.

Video: Hunger Games Catching Fire Inspired Tutorial - CoverGirl Makeup + Nails

As many of you may already know, The Hunger Games: Catching Fire movie releases on November 22nd as the sequel to the epic Hunger Games trilogy which is based on the novel that has sold over 50 million copies in print in the U.S. alone.  If you haven't seen the fire Hunger Games movie (perhaps you have been living under a rock), then I highly suggest checking it out prior to November 22nd.  Although a science fiction themed movie may not sound appealing to some, the movie has actually sparked quite the stir in the fashion and beauty world.  The upcoming movie not only features handmade designs but also pieces by Alexander McQueen, Juun J, Nicholas K, and Tex Saverio.

Aside from the fashion, legendary music icon Lenny Kravitz and celebrated actor Jeffrey Wright will star alongside Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson, Liam Hemsworth, Woody Harrelson, Philip Seymor Hoffman, Stanley Tucci and Donald Sutherland.

In the spirit of the The Hunger Games: Catching Fire opening, I've recreated the District 2/Masonry look from CoverGirl's "Capitol Beauty Studio" which features 12 district looks inspired by the movie.  It's an edgy, yet sultry look that can be worn as both dramatic or casual.  Dotti, CoverGirl Capitol Makeup Artist says of the inspiration behind this look,
" I went for a matte, chalky, yet elegant finish that represents the stone of Masonry in a feminine way."
