With that being said, I’ve partnered with Dove Dry Spray Antiperspirant to share some health and fitness tips that help keep my fellow workout buddies from heaving over in efforts to avoid the underarm plague when I’m working out nearby.
- Opt for an antiperspirant rather than a deodorant (i.e. Dove Dry Spray Antiperspirant) because deodorants essentially keep bad odors at bay while antiperspirants stop sweat
- A benefit of having a spray form antiperspirant is that it evaporates quickly, leaving you with essential oils
- Wear sports bras or loose-fitting tops over your sports bra for breathability
- Clean your underarm area effectively post-workout to maintain open air for your sweat glands
