For those of who aren’t too familiar with the Beachbody brand or Shaun T, let’s just say that the workouts will have one sweating in places he/she didn’t know sweat could appear and crying by the end of the session. Needless to say, I was invited to check out Sweat USA powered by Reebook as part of my “Fab to Fit Series” when the nation’s first all-star fitness festival arrived in Miami. With over 3,000 fitness enthusiasts in attendance and over 100 exhibitors showcasing their innovative products/services, it was one of the most inspirational and motivating events that I’ve attended.
