A Day in the Life: Full Leg Workout, Dental Spa + Healthy Food!


 
I'm excited to take you into a "day in the life" with me, as I share an intense leg workout at Legacy Fit, a visit to Dr. Patty's Dental Boutique, and some of my favorite healthy food essentials. I often receive questions or inquiries about my workout routine and diet, so I thought I'd share this with you to give you a better idea! Lately, I've been incorporating high-intensity interval training in between my sets (I love supersets) to keep my heart rate up.  Essentially, a superset is when you do two exercises back-to-back with little to no rest in between. It's been the most effective for me, in shaping my body how I desire it to look as well.  Here are the complete details for my workout:

SUPERSET #1
Walking Lunges 15 per leg x 3
Jumping Lunges 15 per leg x 3

SUPERSET #2
Barbell Squats (Sumo) 10 -12  x 4
Pop Squats 15 x 4

SUPERSET #3
Deadlifts (Sumo) 10 - 12 x 3
EZ Bar Curtsy Lunge Pulse 8 - 10 (Each leg) x 3

SUPERSET #4
Squat to Reverse Grip Shoulder Press 15 x 4
Battle Rope To Failure
Single Sky Bridge (Each leg) 15 x 4
