There’s something you should absolutely know about me…
I am a snack monster. I don’t know about you guys, but I love snacking throughout the day for a number of reasons. First of all, I’m a mom on-the-go so I’m usually chasing after my 5-year-old son or looking for a million and one ways to entertain him. Second, the concept of physically having to prepare a complete meal doesn’t sound appealing to me all of the time. Finally, snacks are more fun. In all honesty, I often eat snacks in between meals to help satisfy my cravings or keep me from eating my arm. One of my favorites would have to be the Fiber One Lemon bars (their Oats & Chocolate bars are also quite addicting).
The bars have 25% less sugar and no artificial colors or flavor, which is a major factor for me. There are so many other sugar-packed snacks that my body would hate me for, so Fiber One Lemon bars keep me satisfied throughout the day. My son also loves them as after school snacks. Hence, my purse is packed with these. In short, the bars are so good, they should have another name. If you haven’t tried them yet, they are available at Costco (AKA a mom’s BFF).
