Seemingly enough, much of my blog, YouTube and Instagram channels have become populated with active lifestyle content. It’s not that I have strayed away from beauty or styling pieces, but I’m showcasing a major part of my life at the moment. I’ve always said that I aim for a high-intensity workout at least six days out of the week, and with that, comes a plethora of gym clothes to wash, ponytails for days, and the ever-so-sexy perspiration that coincides with each workout.

With that being said, I’ve partnered with Dove Dry Spray Antiperspirant to share some health and fitness tips that help keep my fellow workout buddies from heaving over in efforts to avoid the underarm plague when I’m working out nearby.

  • Opt for an antiperspirant rather than a deodorant (i.e. Dove Dry Spray Antiperspirant) because deodorants essentially keep bad odors at bay while antiperspirants stop sweat
  • A benefit of having a spray form antiperspirant is that it evaporates quickly, leaving you with essential oils
  • Wear sports bras or loose-fitting tops over your sports bra for breathability
  • Clean your underarm area effectively post-workout to maintain open air for your sweat glands
I think a spray like Dove Dry Spray Antiperspirant is a better option because it goes on instantly dry with no visible residue left on clothes and it provides 48-hours of odor and wetness protection and Dove 1/4 moisturizes for softer underarms. It’s also a huge beauty trend right now, that many high fashion models are hailing.
