Woman in Motion







First of all, Happy New Year! It's 2016, and I am pleased to say that I can reflect on everything thus far and feel appreciative of everything in my life at this moment.

One primary goal of mine over the past five months has been to really focus on improving myself internally and physically. Over this time, I've received many questions regarding what I do for day-to-day exercise and I typically like to incorporate a workout every day of the week. Let's be honest, we don't always have time to squeeze in a workout after a long day and some of us don't want to wake up at 6AM just to make it happen. There are days where I miss a workout, but I jump back into it the next day. Everybody's human. 

 My workout routine usually consists boxing two days out of the week, Orange Theory Fitness (which is a circuit training class combining rowing, running, and weight training) two days out of the week, outdoor bootcamp (circuit training) on the weekends, and outdoor circuits focused on abs and the booty throughout the week. I've learned to love it. It's pretty addicting - once you start, you can't stop.
