Superdry Sport

Well, my dear cyber friends, I'm nearing the third week of the Smoothie King "Change a Meal" challenge where I replace one meal per day with a meal replacement smoothie.

Paralleled with high-intensity workouts and a balanced nutrition, my body definitely feels a difference in muscle definition and tightening. Of course, one cannot possibly workout comfortably without cute workout clothes. Allow me to re-introduce Superdry Sport and their amazing new pieces that I love so much. For those who don't already know, I am extremely picky about the activewear that I put on my body for exercise. Case in point:

A) My hips are wider than my waist so it's hard to find fitness clothing that fits both areas well
B) I like elasticity and the ability to move every single ligament while wearing activewear
C) Sucking every body part into a sports bra (not that I have an issue in that area) and sports leggings is quite important
D) It needs to look cute, obviously

Smoothie King Challenge

If you're like me, making healthy and active goals for 2016 has made it to the top of the "To Do List." For the longest time, I've routinely stopped by Smoothie King for my post-workout Lean1® Chocolate meal replacement smoothie. The Junior

Now that we've officially stepped into 2016, it's only right that I kick it off with my little guy. It's funny to reflect on how much he's grown over the past four years, and developed his own character that I can't even explain. He's somehow reached the stage where he's very particular about his clothing, and how it looks on him. Fitted hats are also a must-have. I've also learned that he doesn't like layering whatsoever - what a Miami kid.

As for my look, I've been loving this Hot Miami Styles olive trench coat for cooler days because it's lightweight and easy to throw on (or off).

Woman in Motion

First of all, Happy New Year! It's 2016, and I am pleased to say that I can reflect on everything thus far and feel appreciative of everything in my life at this moment.

One primary goal of mine over the past five months has been to really focus on improving myself internally and physically. Over this time, I've received many questions regarding what I do for day-to-day exercise and I typically like to incorporate a workout every day of the week. Let's be honest, we don't always have time to squeeze in a workout after a long day and some of us don't want to wake up at 6AM just to make it happen. There are days where I miss a workout, but I jump back into it the next day. Everybody's human. 

 My workout routine usually consists boxing two days out of the week, Orange Theory Fitness (which is a circuit training class combining rowing, running, and weight training) two days out of the week, outdoor bootcamp (circuit training) on the weekends, and outdoor circuits focused on abs and the booty throughout the week. I've learned to love it. It's pretty addicting - once you start, you can't stop.
