As the holidays approach, it’s quite obvious that it becomes increasingly more difficult to maintain a healthy lifestyle (let’s be honest). On the other hand, being active is positive in the sense that it makes us feel good. Despite my desire to throw in the towel and completely disregard all workout activity in the midst of mounds of delicious food and endless to-die-for desserts during Fall/Winter, I consistently feel amazing post-workout. When you look good, you feel even better, so of course feeling well in my workout clothes is of the utmost importance. Remaining active during a tempting time of the year is difficult; however, it is certainly attainable. Therefore, I’m teaming up with Target® C9 to share my favorite ways to stay active during this time of year.
Since it’s still fairly warm in Miami during this time of the year, I love to stay active outdoors. Whether it’s going for a bike ride, a quick run over the bridge, or yoga by the water, it feels amazing just to be outside and doing something active.
