As the end of Summer nears its dreadful departure, two thoughts come to mind – it’s time to switch up the workout routine and my face should no longer melt off when I step outside. Therefore, I’m teaming up with Target® C9to share my favorite ways to remain active toward the end of Summer and beginning of Fall. Since Miami tends to cool down slightly post-Summer, it gives me the opportunity to do a variety of outdoor activities such as going for a run or doing a little yoga by the beach. Although if you know me well enough, it’s apparent that I usually do a Beachbody workout in-home. When the seasons change over, I like to dive into a different program though.
Lately, I’ve been quite fond of P90X3 since it allows me to refrain from being soaked in the heat while Summer ends and it’s also something that I can do within 30 minutes while still taking care of my little guy at home. What are some of your favorite activities that you keep you fit while transitioning seasons?
