Whether you’re heading to Lollapalooza or simply dancing the day away at a Summer cookout, you’ll definitely need some easy breezy threads to stay comfortable through all of the jam sessions. Since many music festivals last for days on end, you’ll want to have pieces that can be rather transitional.
First of all, close-toed shoes are a must if you don’t want to leave the festival covered in sand, dirt or the worst blisters of your life. A graphic tee/tank and a pair of classic denim shorts such as the Levi’s 501 Shorts, will keep you equipped for plenty of sweat-free dancing that allows your body to breathe.
In the event that it cools down later in the day, wrap a chambray shirt around the waist so you can throw it on whenever it gets chilly. As for accessories, keep it minimal with a basic watch (so you know how long you’ve been raging it) and some sunglasses. Some other must-haves to pack are a water bottle, sunscreen, a backpack or shoulder bag, and a Mophie phone charger.
