Every girl in the world needs at least one (or twelve) rompers in her closet, especially during the summer season. I know what you may be thinking. But I feel like a 4-year-old when I’m wearing a one-piece. However, feeling young and vibrant when wearing a clothing item is fabulous. As an essential item for Summer 2014, a romper is the perfect one-piece garment that never really goes out of style and can be worn with various body types. After stopping by the new Everything But Water boutique in Aventura Mall, I spotted this little Nanette Lepore number and absolutely fell in love.
Upon perusing through Luli Fama swimwear, Mara Hoffman cover-ups and Michael Kors accessories, I couldn’t help but gravitate towards this gorgeous navy blue romper. Needless to say, I’ve been living in it. Proof: I wore it in the video that I posted yesterday as well.
The beaded embellishment on the front portion of this romper gives it such a vibrant look and feel while requiring very little accessories to complete the look. I paired it with some strappy heels to dress it up, but this would also be great for a day at the beach. Aside from its appearance, a romper is also extremely comfortable for any occasion as long as it’s fitted well.
Let’s talk about my shopping experience with Everything But Water.
Everything But Water had an amazing fitting team to help me throughout my entire experience and made sure that it felt and looked great on me. For example, a pear shaped woman would look amazing with a romper that’s embellished on the upper portion of the piece while curvy girls look great in a romper that gathers at the waist. For those who are a little top heavy, high necklines or frills work well.
What I’m rocking:
