Sporty Chic Look + a GIVEAWAY to Meet Jillian Michaels & Shaun T (CLOSED)
Although my outfits are typically dressed up, I decided to play around with the sporty look and feel for today’s look of the day. Focusing on these paneled House of Dion pants, I went for a more structured approach by cinching layered tops at the waist with a leather belt by ASOS. The cinched belt adds a feminine touch that creates a balance between sporty and chic.
This look is really great for those who have a smaller frame because it accentuates the top and hip area to give a curvaceous appeal. My inspiration for this look derives from my love for health and fitness, which I really wanted to merge into a uniform outfit. Pairing a sporty piece such as paneled pants, a sporty skirt or shorts with a feminine top can really create a polished look.

Maintaining a healthy mind and body is important in building self-confidence and beauty. Therefore, I am pleased to announce that I’m giving away tickets to the inaugural Sweat USA Fitness Festival which is held at The Miami Beach Convention Center from October 11th through October 13th, 2013. Headlined by Jillian Michaels as well as other famed fitness experts such as Tony Horton of P90X and Shaun T of Insanity, the three-day event will take a two-fold approach comprising daily fitness, health and wellness with more than 100 exhibitors.
|Let’s pretend that I’m in this photo as well, to make it even more exciting.|
Classes available for registration include Zumba, Yoga, Pilates, Flywheel Cycling (which I have always wanted to try!), MMA, Crossfit, Piloxing and Surfset to name a few. As part of their five-year plan, VITAL Sports & Entertainment hosted the very first Sweat USA event at Caesars (Las Vegas) in September 2012 and has chosen Miami Beach for its initial brand footprint to establish the city as the fitness capital of the world.
The registration fees for the inaugural Sweat USA Fitness Festival range from $59 to $799. Prices include the availability of a three-day weekend pass to the Sweat USA Expo and the option to customize your own schedule of classes. Pre-event online registration is recommended to attend or reserve classes, which are subject to availability.
