Fall Fashion + Brunch with Calypso St. Barth

Earlier today I had the pleasure of stopping by Calypso St. Barth to check out their new fall pieces while doing a little light brunching with some pampering by L'Occitane.  Since its launch in 1992, Calypso St. Barth has emerged from a resort-wear boutique to a luxury brand inspired by travel and culture.  (I'm rocking the Georgette Snakeprint Maxi Dress by Love Shack Fancy in the above photo)

What I love most about their boutique is the sense of a luxurious escape filled with refreshing home decor and feminine pieces.

The Divya Sequin Embellished Halter Dress by Calypso St. Barth is one of the most elegant pieces in their boutique, and I love the embellishments added to make it an ultra feminine look.

The Minimalist.

If I'm ever in a "what to wear" rut, my go to pieces typically incorporate black and white.  Minimal tones are simple to style and maintain an effortless look that can be worn for any occasion.  After completely falling for this Scuba Crop Top by 2B Bebe, I have been forcing myself to do more ab workouts in the evening.

To glam up the look a bit, I paired 2B Bebe's crop top and ZARA pants with the Girl on Fire Stack by Ibiza Passion and my Movado leather watch.  There is something refreshing about the combination of black, gold and white together, as it adds the perfect touch of classic chic.

I love how the silky texture of these ZARA pants dress up a look, but the drawstring closure keeps it a little casual at the same time.  Strappy heels have been another love of mine; therefore, I decided to rock these sexy white heels to polish off the look.

Yes, leopard print is still rocking the runways and it has earned its status as "the new neutral."  Adding a leopard print bag, like this shoulder bag by ALDO, can really pull everything together with a minimalistic (or animalistic) approach.  Don't worry - my bag is faux fur so no animals were harmed for this blog post :)

Video: DIY Sexy Leg Scrub

Although summer is nearing its end, I wanted to share my favorite DIY body scrub that gives a really sexy leg glow and it's extremely simple to put together.  Using products that are most likely laying around the kitchen, this coconut and lime leg scrub exfoliates skin and keeps it smooth as ever.  Exfoliating not only gives a beautiful glow, but improves circulation as well.

Some other great tips for maintaining sexy legs are:

1) Drink plenty of water

2) Shave legs regularly to remove hair

3) Stay active

4) Eat healthy

5) Apply lotion immediately after getting out of the shower to moisturize well (don't dry off first)

6) Don't wear clothing or undergarments that are too tight on your skin, as it can lead to varicose veins or numbing in the legs

Enjoy :)

Style By Lynsee on Instagram

I've really been loving my new arm candy, the Girl on Fire Stack by Ibiza Passion

A glimpse of my latest video up on my YouTube Channel : 5 Easy Tips to Shed Belly Fat in 7 Days

Spending my weekends basking in the sun on the sandy beach is so relaxing!

A few new goodies courtesy of 2B Bebe, which I can't wait to style!  I've already styled the Forbidden Blue dress in yesterday's post that can be viewed here

It was a pleasure to work on the Dwyane Wade Elite Camp in Chicago!  We had a great turnout for the underprivileged children in the Chicago area, and it went toward a great cause.

My favorite warm weather combo: Cold watermelon and a refreshing green juice.

Betsey Johnson's all pink soiree was such a fun and girly party!  Betsey is exactly how I imagined she would be: Full of life, fabulous, and exuberant.

Like mommy, like son.

Thanks to Allure Beauty for sending me the best beauty products for the Fall season!

An oldie, but goodie: Little Lynsee as a young buck (and yes, I rocked the bowl cut for years).

CoverGirl's pop-up beauty bar was filled with glamorous goodies.
I hope you follow me on Instagram at @LynseeHeeKyeong for more Instagram photos!  XOXO

All Blue Everything with 2B Bebe

Exposed midsections have been raging for the past few seasons, and an ab-flashing piece can be both sexy and bold.  On the other hand, it can be quite an obstacle to dive into (eating bird food and doing a strenuous ab workout every day might not sound that exciting).  However, there are pieces that provide a slight peek of abdomen without going overboard.

With this in mind, I have really been loving this new cobalt blue peek-a-boo dress by 2B Bebe.  Blue has been one of my favorite shades for the past few months.  There's something about the bold yet calming feel of the color that adds a powerful statement to any look.  This particular dress is detailed with a tribal studded arrangement that really stood out when I chose this daring number.  It's the ideal date night or girls night out dress.

What I'm Rocking:
2fer Forbidden Blue Studded Dress c/o 2B Bebe (also available in white and black)
Shoes by ZARA
Gifted bracelet

Black & White Contrast.

As one of the key fashion trends during the spring/summer season, contrasting black and white colors has been all the rage.  Although we're approaching the fall season now, I still love the simplicity and classic appeal from pairing these two basic colors together.  Designers such as Michael Kors, Maison Martin Margiela, Miu Miu, Ralph Lauren, Diane von Furstenberg, Marc Jacobs, Narciso Rodriguez, Jil Sander, and 3.1 Philip Lim went back-to-basics on the runway with black and white pieces.

To pull a contrasting look together, one can pair contrasting patterns or textures into an outfit or simply piece together various items that mix and match.

What I'm Rocking:

Shorts by ZARA
Shoes by BCBG
Clutch by ALDO
Bracelet by House of Dion
