As I mentioned in a previous post, I lost my baby weight and then some (over 50 pounds) in two months by doing various lifestyle changes.  However, I was able to shed the bulk of my weight by incorporating the Insanity workout program into my daily routine.  After my fourth or fifth cycle of the program, I decided that I needed something a little more challenging.  Therefore, I purchased the next phase…Insanity Asylum.  It’s nothing short of completely insane to say the least, but it’s worth it.  It’s geared toward athletes and those who are already in pretty good shape but want to enhance their performance.  I love it because it incorporates the same movements as Insanity, but is more controlled.

Along with the DVD’s, you receive a jump rope and agility ladder for control and speed.  I recommend this product for those who need a bit of a challenge, looking to define body tone or seem to be bored with trips to the gym.  It works best for me since I have a pretty busy schedule and it helps me slip in time to workout by doing it at home.
